Body Fit at Hard Knox Gym is the answer to getting yourself in shape. Each class is filled with a variety of exercises and combinations that will shock your body into muscles. Classes are given 5 times a week and taught by different trainers. Each trainer is unique in his or her own style and technique but the goal is the same: burn fat and build muscle. Body Fit will tone your arms, firm up the abs, tighten the booty and boost the confidence sky high. You will leave the class full of energy and ready to tackle the next obstacle that lies ahead of you.
This class is structured for that, to make you feel good about yourself, give you confidence about the way you look and feel. You will be driven you to your limits and you’ll do things you never thought you could ever do. This will motivate you and empower you. Classes are given 5 times a week.
