Herby Whyne is a former professional Canadian kickboxing champion. During his many years of training as a pro fighter, skipping was a very big part of his work-outs. This lead him to design a super fun high-energy class that includes skipping, of course, but also all kinds of different crazy exercises that will guarantee to have you sweating and burning all those calories away.
