BODYFIT

Our Bodyfit Class is designed to help you get in shape and feel your best by focusing on key areas like your bum, abs, core, and toning your entire body. BOOTCAMP

Our Bootcamp Class offers an exciting and intense workout experience like no other! If you’re looking for a fun, hardcore session that gets your heart pumping, this is the class for you. HIIT BOX

Our HIIT Box Class is a 45-minute, high-intensity workout designed to challenge your entire body. This class mixes different and dynamic exercises, all aimed at boosting your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. To top it off, you’ll finish with some fun and effective boxing!

No boxing experience? No problem! Our skilled trainer will guide you through simple yet powerful punching combinations using punching bags and focus mitts. It’s an exciting way to tone your entire body while learning new skills. Get ready to sweat, punch, and have a blast in this high-energy session!

LUNCH BOX

Our Lunch box Class is the perfect way to recharge and power through your day! This 45-minute lunch time workout is designed to get you moving and energized in no time. We kick things off with an intense warmup to get your heart pumping, followed by a high-energy workout on the punching bags for the main event. To top it all off, you’ll finish with an intense core and abs session that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

KIDS BOXING

Our kids’ boxing class, for ages 6 to 12, focuses on helping children develop discipline, respect, coordination, and concentration. We provide a fun and structured environment where they can release energy in a positive way. Our goal is to build their confidence, teach self-defence, and reinforce that boxing is a sport meant for growth and self-improvement.

Led by professional fighter Christophe Alfonzo, our Muay Thai class offers an intense and technical experience for all skill levels. Muay Thai, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a powerful martial art that combines punches, elbows, knees, and clinching techniques.
